I found the work of Libre Design Agency, who are a design agency based in California and really liked the work that they have done, working on projects for some of the biggest companies in the world such as the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Reef and more.
When working with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They were tasked with art directing and designing the magazine which is placed in all of the guests rooms. When designing this, they have made the imagery the main focus, complimenting them with nice, simple typography that completes the feel of the magazine well. I feel that by making the images the main focus, it gives the impression that the music and art comes first which is something that the Hard Rock stands for.
This is the type of agency that I would maybe like to work at in the future, as they have a good mix of branding and editorial design whilst working for some of the biggest companies in the world. I feel like somewhere like this would be a constant challenge, working on completely different projects week to week and this is something that I have enjoyed when I worked on the Work Based Learning module.
