The current module that I am working on is portfolio building. In this module, I am required to produce a portfolio at the end as my final piece. This will require me to go through all previous work and rework some stuff to go in my portfolio. The aim at the end is to have something to show agencies to hopefully get placements and ultimately a job. It will also be on show for the colleges final show for people to look through. Throughout this unit there will be different briefs coming in that we can work on to add more work.
SWOT analysis for this unit;
Strengths - Time management, can work through projects at a quick rate
Weaknesses - Presenting my portfolio in a way that stands out could be difficult
Opportunities - To work through any old modules, and also to be able to do the type of work that I want
Threats - By completing so many projects in one module it might be difficult to get them all to a standard that I am happy with, getting a photographer to photograph my work may be hard due to all of the final deadlines
Targets;
- To produce a portfolio that stands out from other peoples
- To have professional standard work inside
- To make my portfolio accurately represent me and my style of work
